12 Week Hitting Program with Alex O’Donnell, former All Conference SS at Mercyhurst University and NCAA Hitting Coach (2020-2023). Work 2x a week on all areas of offense: Mindset, Approach, Mechanics with the use of Rapsodo and Blast Motion to track exit velocity and bat speed. Each player will have an individual profile containing data and video and each player will have an individualized hitting plan updated daily.
