Two-Hour Hitting Camp: Learn from Academy Stars instructors and receive an individual evaluation while being introduced to a variety of concepts and drills to help better your performance at the plate. From mechanics to mental approach at the dish, each hitter will leave having a better understanding of the offensive side of the game.
Two-Hour Pitching & Catching Camp: The best of both worlds – pitchers and catcher getting work in at the same time! Pitchers will get hands-on work to better improve and clean up their mechanics with a variety of throwing drills prior to wrapping up with throwing a bullpen to one of the catchers in the session. Catchers will receive coaching on receiving, blocking and throwing before stepping behind the plate to finish their work with bullpens.
